The website

Information on this site describes AI Front Office in general terms. What is included for a specific agency, including which enquiry channels are connected, is agreed with that agency in writing before the service starts.

Free pilot

The free pilot is offered to the first three agencies, subject to availability. It includes setup and runs for 14 days or 100 new enquiries, whichever comes first. It does not move to a paid plan automatically; a paid service starts only if the agency agrees a plan in writing. Either side may end the pilot at any time.

How the service works

AI Front Office replies to enquiries on the agency's behalf, asks qualifying questions and passes a summary to the agency's team. Viewings are requests until a person at the agency confirms them. The agency remains responsible for its advice, its decisions and its dealings with buyers, tenants, vendors and landlords. The agency keeps its existing CRM.

Liability

We provide the website and the pilot with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
