FROM ENQUIRY TO OPPORTUNITY
The buyer receives a prompt response on WhatsApp while your office is closed.
Stirling Node collects the buyer's requirements and asks whether they have a property to sell before they move.
Your team receives the enquiry, buyer requirements and any potential vendor signal together.
Your authorised operator decides whether to follow up, arrange a valuation or progress a viewing request. Nothing is booked automatically.
THE AGENCY STAYS IN CONTROL
Stirling Node starts the conversation and surfaces the context. Your team decides what happens next. Viewing preferences remain requests until your agency confirms the property and time.

Every plan asks buyers a question that often gets missed, then gives your team the context to act.
CORE
Up to 250 new enquiries per month.
GROWTH
Up to 750 new enquiries per month.
Standard setup: £299 once. Waived for the first three pilot agencies. Covers one number, agency instructions, operator access and a guided test.
An enquiry is one distinct customer request, including its follow-up messages. Vendor signals within that request are not billed again. Additional enquiries: £0.60 each, only by prior agreement and once reliable usage reporting is available. We agree the approach before your allowance is exceeded.
CRM integration, number migration and custom work are assessed and quoted separately. VAT is not currently charged.
BUILT IN STIRLING

Stirling Node was founded by Oleh Bondarenko in Stirling after seeing how easily an evening buyer enquiry can disappear before anyone asks whether there is a property to sell. AI Front Office is designed to surface the potential vendor opportunity while keeping the agency's team in control.
BEFORE YOUR PILOT
We check your current WhatsApp and telephone setup first. Keeping or moving a number depends on its provider and account configuration. We agree the route before making changes.
Your CRM stays in place. The current pilot uses a separate enquiry inbox and a copyable summary; automatic CRM synchronisation is not included yet.
Setup takes up to 10 working days once your WhatsApp number is connected, Meta's required checks are complete, and we have the information and access needed from your agency. Meta's own review time is outside this setup period.
No. The AI records the customer's preference. Your authorised operator selects the property and responsible agent, confirms access and time, and then creates the private Google Calendar event. The customer message is reviewed and sent separately.
Yes. An authorised operator pauses the AI and replies from the agency number through the inbox. WhatsApp messaging-window and template rules still apply.
We review enquiry volume, information collected, potential vendor signals and handovers with you. Your team confirms which requests became viewings, valuations or instructions. We do not promise a particular revenue result.
YOUR FIRST 14 DAYS
We configure the agreed WhatsApp enquiry flow, connect your team to the operator inbox and guide the pilot. Live within 10 working days once your WhatsApp number is connected, Meta's checks are complete and we have the information we need from your agency. Meta's own review time is not included.
The first three pilot agencies receive 14 days or 100 new enquiries free, with setup included. No automatic paid conversion. Ongoing service begins only after you agree a plan.
